AppLICATION AND SCREENING PROCESS

At Gatson-Green we differ in many ways regarding the application process. We do not require an extensive background check that requires a minimum credit score , three times monthly rent or a great rental history. We only require the following :

* Proof of income
First Months room fee
Move in commitment fee
Refundable cleaning fee
